ABOUT ME
Hey, my name is Ronda! I am the mother of a very bright and outgoing 7yr old boy and a new baby boy born on July 29!! I love Martial Arts and have been taking since I was very small. I am currently married to the most wonderful man I have ever met! He has finally convinced me that NOT all Men are the same! :) I am a Certified Martial Arts Instructor and Fitness Instructor! I love spending time with my family and with my friends.. I find that there are very few people in this world who are worthy of the name "friend" and when you find one, take good care of them because my family and friends are VERY Dear to me!!! I’m very talkative and I like to converse on a wide rage of subjects, I’m also willing to listen to what you have to say, you just might have to remind me to take a breath from time to time.. lol
GSP clearly won that fight. All that vaseline controversy is total BS. Too many split decisions and bad judging. Kim vs. Karo was very close. Kim certainly dominated the first round, while 2nd and 3rd were close.
UFC 95 is free.

Hey! I really enjoyed watching UFC94.. but was VERY upset to hear about the scandle surrounding GSP afterwards :( How about yourself?
Yep, but I must admit most of the classes are fitness classes, as I only teach MA in the evening (for now) and I teach kickboxing fitness classes both morning, afternoon, and late evening!
I gained alot of weight with this last pregnancy (gestational diabeties.. yuck) I gained over 60 pounds :( But I've already lost 25 pounds since I started back (slowly) taking part in my own classes! I'm not making any fast unrealistic goals, I believe by next Sept. I'll be back to my old weight and in shape! Even though it would be super nice to get back into shape quick & fast... It's not always best to go the fast way, esspecially when after having a baby your joints/ligs are looser and more prone to tear/injury! But I'm gonna get there! :D
hey! I had a little boy on July 29th!! :D I'm currently trying to get back into shape and teaching 17 classes a week... YIKES! lol How are things in your MMA world? :)
All is well for the most part. I was just promoted to 3rd Dan a few weeks agao. I was totally shocked. I am glad to hear that all things are going well with you and your family. I a, glad that you were able to get your schedule adjusted. Right now I am gettn ready for two demos that I have. Both are on the same day May 3rd, one is at 8am and the other is at 2pm. I will surely be tired that day.

Hello!! All is well, for now.. I had alittle scare with the pregnancy but after a night in the hospital and cutting 2 nights out of my classes, I'm doing MUCH better!! Slower, But Better! lol I was teaching 4 nights a week (and working a full time day job) but now with it only being 2 nights a week, I find that it's much easier on my body and apparently the baby!! As my husband says, I can get back to it after the baby comes :D Thanks for asking!!
Thank you for your reply! I hope that we can get enough people
interested to organize some sort of non-profit MMA governing authority
or advocating agency. MMA, if being conducted properly, can become a
very interesting and healthy sport. When there is no personal gain
involved, the organization can serve better as an international entity.
