ABOUT ME
Hello to all the MMA members. I am Pharard. I am a 3rd degree Black Belt at Illusion Karate Academy. My style is called Death Kido. It is a combo of American Karate, Jujitsu and Aikido. I have been studying for about 10yrs, achieving black belt status in 7. I reside in Baltimore, Maryland where I have trained with some of the best in the DC, MD & VA area. Grnd Mas Garcia Davis, Grnd Mas. Eddie Butcher, Grnd Mas Eugene Carter, Grnd Mas. Juan Davis and Dulaney Muhammad just to name a few. MA has always been a passion for me since I was a little kid. But either mom duke could not afford it or we did not have the time. Now I give back to my students and community by teaching my students and providing self defense classes to many institutions.
Yep, two demo's in one day are going to tire you out for sure!! But you can do it!! :) I'm glad to have my schedule fixed now too!! Glad all is well with your family!!
Hello!! All is well, for now.. I had alittle scare with the pregnancy but after a night in the hospital and cutting 2 nights out of my classes, I'm doing MUCH better!! Slower, But Better! lol I was teaching 4 nights a week (and working a full time day job) but now with it only being 2 nights a week, I find that it's much easier on my body and apparently the baby!! As my husband says, I can get back to it after the baby comes :D Thanks for asking!!
Now, Frank Shamrock is also beaten by another "no name dude" Cung Le. Not a good month for the Shamrock brothers.
