So I have been a black belt for about 4 yrs now. I have my own school with over 75 students. Yesterday I had to cancel class, so I decided to got the my athletic club and practice with another school that I am affiliate with. All I can say is ouch.... See I have been teaching for so long I forgot what it is like to actually train and be a student in the class. We did 150 jumping jack, 100 push ups, 30 leg lift. Then we started to practice. But we did not kick or anything. We did sit in a horse stance for about 8min. Sat in a front leaning stance for about 5min on each leg. Then we did reverse punches for 10min. I tell you now ouch... Class was not as long as I would have like for it to be but I am kool.
